Lizz
Office Manager / Treatment and Financial Coordinator
Lizz is a fun and energetic person who will most likely greet you when you first call or come visit the office. She also helps manage the office’s daily routine, files insurance, schedules appointments, prepares financial packets, and even occasionally helps in the back. Lizz enjoys meeting new patients every day, watching their progress, and seeing the end results. She feels fortunate to work with such a dedicated group of people who get along so well and enjoy each other’s company.
Lizz has lived in Livermore since 1998 and has a beautiful daughter Elissa, who graduated from Chico State University and is an elementary school teacher here in Livermore. She enjoys the outdoors and tries to get to her favorite beach, Capitola, as often as she can.
Michelle
Clinic Coordinator and Registered Dental Assistant
Michelle is an excellent RDA with an attention to detail. She’s been working with Dr. Emrich since high school and went on to get her RDA license in 1997. Michelle loves working with patients, helping them with their treatment, and making sure their orthodontic experience is as comfortable as possible. She feels fortunate to be part of such a cohesive, teamwork-oriented office.
Michelle is married with two kids, Brooklyn and Chance. The family stays busy with the kids’ activities and enjoys camping and being outdoors.
Samantha
Registered Dental Assistant
Samantha began her first stint at Emrich Orthodontics in 2009, working here for six years before taking time off to raise her children. We were so happy to welcome her back to the team in 2020! She enjoys the variety that her job brings; whether she is assisting Dr. Emrich, completing records for new patients, or doing adjustments, Samantha loves that her role allows her to get to know so many people and see them happy when their braces come off.
Samantha is married with three kids, Kylee, Payton, and Hudson, as well as a golden retriever named Sky. She enjoys taking trips with her family, camping, and having barbeques with family and friends.
Holly
Registered Dental Assistant
Holly received her RDA in 2007 and is a recent addition to the Emrich Orthodontics team. She works alongside Dr. Emrich with patient care and makes sure patients leave with all the information they need to care for their braces or appliances at home. Holly enjoys the friendships she has built with patients and their families, as well as with the rest of our upbeat and positive team.
Holly is married with three girls and two dogs. She enjoys reading, camping, and watching A’s baseball. On most weekends, you can find her on the sidelines of a soccer field to cheer on her daughters!
Kathleen
Kathleen grew up in Fremont and has spent the last 20 years living in Livermore. Her best self shines through when she’s working alongside people and serving others, which makes her an excellent fit here at Emrich Orthodontics. Seeing patients’ smile transformations never ceases to amaze her!
Kathleen is a mom to a beautiful teenage girl and one stubborn French bulldog. When she’s not working, she loves to make things beautiful, including her house and garden. She is happiest when traveling!
